The library
103 lessons, filmed one skill at a time. Each sport climbs through four levels; level 1 is free in all of them.
Basketball · 30 lessons
Kids and adults. Ball handling and footwork first, shooting mechanics once the base is there.
Level 1 · free
Getting comfortable with the ball: stance, control, first contacts.
Level 2
Dribbling with intent — height, hand changes, eyes up.
Level 3
Footwork and passing under a bit of pressure.
Level 4
The full shooting motion, put together.
General movement · 41 lessons
The largest track, and the one with the most adult content: coordination, balance and control that carry into any sport. Includes seated routines that need nothing but a chair.
Level 1 · free
Balance, posture and simple two-hand ball work.
Level 2
Reaction, rhythm and coordinating both sides of the body.
Level 3
Longer sequences that chain several movements together.
Level 4
Control at speed, and holding form when it gets tiring.
Tennis · 18 lessons
Kids track. Grip, ready position and the shape of a forehand and backhand — the parts that are usually rushed on a court.
Padel · 14 lessons
Kids track. Racket control, contact point and the short compact swing padel is built on.
Adult tracks, honestly
Basketball and general movement have full adult tracks — 45 lessons between them. Tennis and padel are filmed with kids for now; adult versions are next in the queue. If you're buying for yourself, buy for those first two.
