Sport skills, at home, at any age.
Short coach-led video lessons you can actually follow — no gym, no gear, a few minutes a day. The same app teaches a seven-year-old and their grandmother, each in their own track.
Level 1 is free in every sport · No ads, ever
How it works
Every lesson is one skill, filmed with a coach and broken into a handful of cues you can repeat out loud.
Watch the coach
A short clip, shot square so nothing important sits off-screen, with the cues written underneath.
Copy it
Kids follow a friendly animal doing the same move. Adults follow the coach, seated or standing.
Check yourself
Record a rep and the app scores your form on the device. The video never leaves your phone.

Two tracks, one app
Pick who's practising and the whole app changes — the lessons, the coach, the pacing and the interface.
For kids
58 lessons where an animal demonstrates every move first. Playful, short, and safe to leave a child with: no ads, no chat, no links out, nothing to buy inside the lesson.
For adults and grandparents
45 lessons at an adult pace, including seated ball work that needs nothing but a chair. Bigger type and higher contrast are one toggle away.
Form check stays on your phone
Record a repetition and SpoBase compares your movement against the lesson — joint by joint, on the device itself. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored on a server, and it works with the phone in airplane mode.
Common questions
Do I need equipment?
A ball for the ball sports, and floor space about the size of a rug. The seated adult routines need only a chair. Tennis and padel lessons work with a racket, but most of the early ones are done without one.
How long is a lesson?
A couple of minutes. The point is one skill per session, repeated, rather than a long workout you'll skip tomorrow.
What's free?
Level 1 in every sport, in both tracks — 25 lessons, without entering a card. Premium unlocks levels 2 to 4.
Which languages?
English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, and Chinese in both simplified and traditional script.
