Who is SpoBase for?
Anyone learning to move better — a child starting a sport, an adult who never learned the basics, a grandparent keeping coordination sharp. You choose a track when you open the app and can switch at any time.
Do I need equipment?
A ball for the ball sports and floor space about the size of a rug. The seated adult routines need only a chair. Racket sports work better with a racket, but most early lessons don't use one.
How long does a lesson take?
About two minutes. One skill per session, repeated a few times, is the whole idea — it beats a twenty-minute workout you skip the next day.
What do I get for free?
Level 1 in every sport and both tracks — 25 lessons — without entering a card. Premium unlocks levels 2 through 4.
How does the form check work?
You record a repetition and the app compares your movement against the lesson, on your device. The recording is never uploaded and never leaves the phone. It works offline.
Can I use it without internet?
The free lessons are bundled with the app and play offline. Paid lessons stream, so they need a connection the first time you open them.
Which languages are supported?
English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional). The app follows your phone's language.
Is it safe for children?
No ads, no chat, no user-generated content and no links out of a lesson. Buying is behind the adult-facing part of the app.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. iPhone and iPad today; Android is built but not released.
What's the difference between subscribing here and in the App Store?
Nothing on the app's side — both unlock the same lessons. Subscribing here is cheaper because there's no store commission. Pick one, not both.
How do I cancel?
An App Store subscription is cancelled in your Apple account settings. A subscription bought here is cancelled from the link in the Stripe receipt, or by writing to us.
I paid on the web — how do I unlock the app?
Open the app, go to Profile and tap “I already subscribed on the web”. Type the email address you paid with, we send a six-digit code, and every level unlocks on that device.
